Who do you use to ship your artwork?
We currently use Royal Mail First Class or for larger items, Parcelforce express48
What are your shipping rates?
- Large Parcels (Framed Artwork): £14.50
- Medium Parcel (Unframed Artwork): £7.50
- Small Parcel (Postcards): £3.50
How can I return my artwork?
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your artwork. We are happy to exchange or refund items that you are not entirely happy with. Any items returned are done so at your own expense unless due to being damaged or faulty, in which case, your postage shall be reimbursed. Please use a trackable service, as we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of returned items to us.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom, if you are from outside the UK please contact us via email with a reference to the artwork you would like and we will get a rate to ship that is secure and safe.
Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address.
We would not like to see your delivery left outside, therefore please ensure that you are available to receive your delivery.
My order has not arrived
We try to ship all artwork within 2 working days, however, please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your order. If you have any questions about your order or need an order urgently, reply to the the email we have sent you with your order confirmation and we’ll do our best to help!
